Heather Falls founded GROW & Flourish Co with a simple but powerful vision: to support and help women achieve their big business dreams without sacrificing the moments or people that matter most.
With a sales and marketing career spanning multiple industries—retail, healthcare, fashion, nonprofits, and more—Heather brings a unique blend of experience and passion to every woman she serves. Her prior experience in the corporate world as a business consultant and sales executive refined her ability to guide businesses toward growth and success.
Heather’s talent lies in turning big business dreams into actionable roadmaps—strategies that help women build sustainable businesses that fit their lives. But it was the birth of her son in 2021 that sparked a personal transformation, inspiring her to create a business that aligned with her values and allowed her to spend more time with family.
When Heather first started her business journey, she knew there had to be a way to grow without burnout. Her personal experiences with following too many expert gurus, never-ending social media overwhelm, and mom guilt fueled her desire to develop clear strategies that empower women to manage their time effectively and scale their businesses with intention and confidence.
As an entrepreneur, mom, and community builder, Heather knows firsthand the challenges of juggling ambition with family and well-being.
