Sure! This summit is designed for women who are actively building or growing a business and want clarity, support, and practical strategies. You do not need everything figured out. You just need to be ready to grow in a way that fits your life.
The GROW and Flourish Business Summit is a garden-party style event that focuses on life and family first growth through real-world time-saving strategies, meaningful connection, and community. You won't just listen to speakers. You won't just leave with a list of to-dos. You will connect, reflect, and leave with clearer next steps and relationships that continue beyond the event. This is about clarity and action, not information overload. This summit also focuses on the woman behind the business, not just more sales or marketing tactics. You will hear honest conversations and connect with others who value collaboration over competition.
You will not be alone. This event is intentionally designed for connection. We even offer a Connection Guarantee. If you do not make at least three meaningful connections, our team will personally help introduce you to aligned attendees and speakers.
This is an in person event in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We may add virtual speakers to our lineup or add digital resources like trainings, workshops, and more. Must be a Summit or VIP attendee to get access.
It depends on the experience you want.
If you want the full experience, the VIP is the best fit.
If you can only attend Tuesday and want to be a part of all the sessions, business growth opportunities, and collaboration, then the Summit and Marketplace ticket is perfect.
If you mainly want to shop, network, and support women owned brands, the Marketplace Only ticket is a great option.
You will leave with clearer priorities, time-saving strategies you can implement right away, and relationships with women who understand your season of business. Past attendees said they left feeling lighter, more confident, and finally supported instead of overwhelmed.
It is both, by design. You will learn during focused panel-sessions and conversations that teach you how to grow your business. You will also have space for real conversations, small groups, and relationship building so ideas turn into action and referrals.
Yes, however, you are responsible for speaking with our team in advance so we can update event communications. Transfers must be completed 2 days before the event begins. We are proud to offer a limited number of scholarship tickets thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. To request a scholarship, attendees will fill out a short request form. Scholarships are awarded on a first come first serve basis and are dependent on available sponsor support. If enough sponsors are secured, approved applicants will receive a summit ticket at no cost. Attendees may also have a business, organization, or community partner reach out to us directly to sponsor their ticket. This allows more women to attend while supporting the mission of the summit. We keep ticket prices lower thanks to our sponsors, community partners, and vendors who help make this event possible. Their support allows us to cover costs while keeping tickets accessible for women who truly need this space. We believe education, connection, and support should not be out of reach, and keeping the cost reasonable allows more women to attend, learn, and grow together.
